This hot dip galvanizing line is designed and manufactured by BaZhou WanXin Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd., an independent company. It is specially designed for large-scale high-quality anti-corrosion galvanizing of steel pipe blanks, and is fully adaptable to the needs of anti-corrosion surface treatment of metal pipes such as welded pipes and light section steel. Relying on the mature blow coating process and high-performance structural design, the line provides double guarantee of coating quality and production efficiency, and is the core special equipment for anti-corrosion process supporting the metal pipe production chain.
Large-scale, large-capacity design, effectively releasing mass production capacity
The line is equipped with a large capacity zinc bath of 323 tons. An adequate supply of liquid zinc can ensure constant temperature stability of liquid zinc during production, reduce the frequency of zinc replenishment and temperature fluctuations, and provide basic support for continuous production. The maximum galvanizing speed of one line can reach 8 groups per minute, and the average hourly productivity is consistently 20 tons. It adopts a production mode with internal material distribution of 2-4 pieces per batch, corresponding to the design of standard 6m pipe length, enabling continuous galvanizing operation of large batches of steel pipes. The 4 production lines of the entire series work together to fulfill large-scale orders, effectively shorten the product delivery cycle, and perfectly match the supporting rhythm of anti-corrosion treatment in mass production of pipes.
The line has an optimized 15° output angle design. Combined with the blow coating process, it allows excess zinc liquid from the surface of the workpiece to effectively drain back, effectively reducing problems such as zinc liquid sticking, zinc sagging and missing coating, and providing a smooth and uniform coating surface. The thickness of the finished zinc coating can be stably controlled in the range of 30-60μm, and the weight of the zinc coating per pipe reaches 285g. The coating has strong adhesion and excellent anti-corrosion performance, which fully meets the long-term anti-corrosion standards of outdoor steel pipes. The internal material distribution structure ensures stable heating and galvanizing time for multiple steel pipes in one batch, which further improves the coating uniformity and quality stability of the entire batch of workpieces, as well as the stable and controlled qualification degree of the finished product.
The line is fully adaptable to 6m standard length steel pipe blanks and is compatible with various main pipes with a maximum wall thickness of 3.75mm and a single weight of 120kg. It can efficiently handle both small-scale orders with multiple specifications and large-scale standardized orders, fully meeting the diverse galvanizing needs of different customers and different application scenarios.
