SSAW PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
The SSAW spiral welded pipe production line produced by our company is a specialized equipment for the production of spiral submerged arc welding pipes. The technological process includes unwinding and straightening of steel coils, feeding the strip into the forming mill at a given angle, cold bending into a continuous cylindrical pipe based on three-roll forming and subsequent welding of the spiral seam using submerged arc welding. The line can produce large diameter spiral welded pipes ranging from Φ219mm to Φ3000mm, which are widely used in oil and gas transportation, urban water supply and drainage systems, and as steel foundation piles and other fields.
