How to solve the problem of narrow strips waviness or curling after cutting?

It can be improved by optimizing dressing parameters, adjusting tension control, and checking blade clearance and edge sharpness. If necessary, a leveling device can be added to further stabilize the slab shape.

How long does it take to replace coils?

Replacing the coil takes about 10–15 minutes. Adjusting the cutting width requires changing shims and blades, which typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on differences in specifications and operator skill.
