The Rectangular and Square Tube Production Line is a highly efficient production line that forms steel strips directly into square/rectangular tubes by cold forming, bypassing the traditional round tube pre-forming step. Thanks to high-precision roller systems and automatic adjustment systems, quick changeover to different standard sizes of square and rectangular pipes is ensured. The line covers a wide range of product sizes - from 30x30 mm to 500x500 mm with wall thicknesses from 1.0 to 25.4 mm, and is widely used in metal structures, construction, mechanical engineering and other industries. Our models are characterized by a high degree of automation, flexibility, reduced material waste (savings of up to 4%) and low operating costs for rolls, which allows you to work efficiently in high-volume, small-scale and high-volume continuous production.
